A Novated Lease is a vehicle lease where an employer makes the monthly leasing payments to a financier on behalf of the employee for as long as the employee is employed by that company. The employee has full use of the vehicle. The contract is signed by all three parties to the arrangement. It is of particular benefit to employees to utilise instead of salary sacrifice as the payments are made by the employer from ‘pre-tax’ dollars
